2026 RHÔNE RIVER STUDY CRUISE

WAITLIST:
Potential attendees who desire a cabin type that is currently sold out may submit this form to be added to the waitlist. Waitlist submissions do not guarantee a reservation and are subject to cabin availability. A deposit amount of $100 per person is required to join the waitlist. Should your cabin selection become available, this amount will be credited toward your full booking deposit. Waitlist registrants will be contacted in the event of a cabin opening and full deposit payment will be made at that time in accordance with the payment schedule below.

DO NOT book airline tickets until it has been confirmed in writing that you have been cleared off the waiting list and into a cabin.

The waitlist deposit amount is fully refundable if your desired cabin does not become available to you. However, if you wish to remove yourself from the waitlist, there is a $25.00 per person cancellation fee.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sovereign and Ligonier Ministries act only as independent contractors acting on behalf of neither supplier nor the principals. They shall not in any way be held liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the act of default of any company, or person, engaged in conveying the passengers, or of any hotel proprietor, personnel, or servant or any other person otherwise in connection therewith. Sovereign and Ligonier Ministries do not own nor operate the hotels, airlines, cruise ships, motor coaches which comprise this tour. They cannot be held liable for changes and/or cancellations of the hotels, airlines, cruise ships, or motor coaches. Sovereign is not responsible for price increases imposed by AmaWaterways and/or service providers.

PAYMENTS:

Initial Deposit

Initial deposit due upon submission of cruise registration:

Second Payment

A second payment in the same amount as the initial deposit is due on May 1, 2025.

Final Payment

Full payment is due November 1, 2025. For any reservations made after November 1, 2025, full payment will be due upon receipt of confirmation.

All payments must be made in U.S. funds and is required in the form of a credit card, personal check or cashiers check. Please make checks payable Sovereign Luxury Experiences and mail to: PO Box 16797, Clearwater, Florida 33766

There will be a $50.00 fee for all returned checks.

GRATUITIES:
Pre-paid gratuities for cruise staff are included in the cruise rate. Additional gratuities for excellent service may be given at the attendee’s discretion. Excursion and driver gratuities are not included.

CANCELLATION FEES:
A cancellation penalty of $200 per passenger will be charged for all cancellations regardless of insurance status.

In addition, the following will be charged for cancellations per passenger:

Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations. Cancellation of Fly-Aweigh guests may result in an additional penalty for the air portion, up to, but not limited to, the full air add-on amount, as imposed by the air carrier. Percentage penalty charged applies to cruise fare, non commission fare, air add-on, supplemental fare, cruise only transfers and pre and post cruise packages where applicable. No refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise. Additional fees may be assessed by the supplier for connections booked from your home city, as well as forced single occupancy due to roommate cancellation. Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including medical and family matters. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed.

DOCUMENTATION:
Proper travel documentation is the sole responsibility of the cruise attendee. Attendees arriving at embarkation without proper documentation may not join the voyage and will NOT be entitled to a refund.

All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport. All passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of three blank pages in your passport when traveling, as many countries require blank pages. Multiple-entry visas are required for some vacations. You will need to check with your consulate to verify all requirements.

Attendees are responsible for obtaining and payment of all visas and entry documents prior to travel, and for meeting all health and other requirements and any documents required by laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries to be visited. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed and are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently.

FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS:
Flight instructions will be forthcoming. Please do not book your flight until you receive these instructions.

HOTEL INFORMATION:
Information regarding the official pre and post-cruise hotels and special room rates will be forthcoming.

PHYSICAL CONDITION:
To fully participate in this tour, you must be able to walk long distances, have good balance capabilities and be able to walk on uneven terrain. There will also be some climbing involved as well as long periods of standing. Due to the historical nature of some of our destinations, not all facilities will be ADA compliant.

AmaWaterways ships do not have handicap accessible cabins and are night able to accommodate motorized wheelchairs or scooters. Guests must be able to independently move around the ship in case of an emergency, deal with the lack of immediate access to medical services in certain parts of the world, and acknowledge that access to some areas of the ship and ports of call may be limited or impossible. We reserve the right to determine whether a guest is fit to travel and to deny boarding in the event that a guest represents a risk to themselves or to the safety and well-being of those on board the ship.

When you make your reservation, please advise us of any disability that will require special attention while sailing on an AmaWaterways cruise and provide a completed Fit to Travel Form along with a physician’s letter.

RESERVATION CHANGES:
Name changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees. Additional fees may be assessed by suppliers depending on the change requested.

CHILD POLICY:
Children 14 years of age and older are welcomed to register for the cruise with one accompanying adult. Please keep in mind each stateroom accommodates up to two guests.
