CANCELLATION FEES:
A cancellation fee of $200 per person will be charged for all cancellations regardless of insurance status.
In addition, the following will be charged for cancellations per person:

Cancellation penalties apply to guests on a tour and are assessed in the event of either partial or full tour cancellations. Cancellations may result in an additional penalty for the air portion, up to, but not limited to, the full air add-on amount, as imposed by the air carrier. There will be no refunds in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the tour. Additional fees may be assessed by the supplier for connections booked from your home city, as well as forced single occupancy due to roommate cancellation. Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including medical and family matters. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed.

PHYSICAL CONDITION:
To fully participate in this tour, you must be able to walk long distances, have good balance capabilities and be able to walk on uneven terrain. There will also be some climbing involved as well as long periods of standing. Due to the historical nature of some of our destinations, not all facilities will be ADA compliant..
RESERVATION CHANGES:
Name changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees. Additional fees may be assessed by suppliers depending on the change requested.
DOCUMENTATION:
Non-U.S. citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed and are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently. Foreign nationals should contact their respective governments to obtain further details.
FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS:
Information and room rates regarding the official pre and post-tour hotels will be forthcoming.
HOTEL INFORMATION:
Please do not make your flight arrangements until further instruction is provided.
CHILD POLICY:
Parents are welcomed to register children 13 years of age and above by the start of the tour with at least one accompanying adult. Children under the age of 13 years of age cannot participate in the tour.
FINAL PAYMENT:
Final payment is due April 1, 2026.
