2023 English & Scottish Reformation Tour (5-Star)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sovereign Cruises LLC, DBA Sovereign Luxury Experiences and Sovereign Tours, located at 4403 Vineland Road #B4, Orlando, FL 32811, is an independent company (“the Company”) licensed to market and distribute travel products under the above trade names and arrange for the tour services offered in its brochure and website, including transportation, sightseeing, and accommodations through independent contracts.

The air carriers, accommodations, and other suppliers (including but not limited to trains, cruises, ferries, motorcoaches, hotels, and restaurants) providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, servants, or joint venturers of the Company or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for services issued by the Company are subject to the Terms and Conditions specified by the supplier, which are available upon request, and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.

After departure, if the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the Company, the Company will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be the responsibility of tour participants, and any resulting savings will be refunded by the Company to tour participants within 30 days of the conclusion of the tour.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant; to expel any participant from the tour; to make changes in the itinerary whenever the Company deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the participants; and to cancel a tour at any time.

The tour participant agrees that neither the Company nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including but not limited to personal injury, death, and property loss), or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services, any insurer or insurance administrator under the Travel Protection plan, or any other person.

It is understood that the tour rates are based upon external supplier costs such as fuel surcharges, accommodation, transportation hire, etc., which are outside of the control of Sovereign. These supplier costs are subject to change and may result in an increase in the tour rate.

Tour participants agree to accept any and all risks related to COVID-19 and are required to adhere to all local, state, federal, and national directives regarding social distancing, facemasks, and other public health requirements during the course of this tour. Furthermore, tour participant agrees to release The Company and its employees, officers, directors, and agents, from any and all claims that may arise during the course of your participation in the tour.

PAYMENTS:

A $1500.00 deposit per guest is due upon registration for all guests. This payment is required with your reservation form and can be made with a credit card or a personal check. A second deposit of $2000.00 per person is due by December 9, 2022. Full payment is due May 10, 2023 and is required in the form of a credit card, personal check, cashiers check, or money order. For reservations made after May 10, 2023, full payment will be due upon receipt of confirmation. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.

CANCELLATION FEES:

A Travel Protection Plan can help protect your trip and your investment.

The following will be charged for cancellations per guest:

Before 12/9/22 $1,500
12/10/22 through 5/10/23 $3,500
5/11/23 through 6/10/23 75% of total cost
6/11/22 through 9/10/23 100% of total cost

Cancellation penalties apply to guests on a tour and are assessed in the event of either partial or full tour cancellations. Cancellations may result in an additional penalty for the air portion, up to, but not limited to, the full air add-on amount, as imposed by the air carrier. There will be no refunds in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the tour. Additional fees may be assessed by the supplier for connections booked from your home city, as well as forced single occupancy due to roommate cancellation. Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including medical and family matters. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed.

PHYSICAL CONDITION:

To fully participate in this tour, you must be able to walk long distances, have good balance capabilities and be able to walk on uneven terrain. There will also be some climbing involved as well as long periods of standing. Due to the historical nature of some of our destinations, not all facilities will be ADA compliant.

RESERVATION CHANGES:

Name changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees. Additional fees may be assessed by suppliers depending on the change requested.

DOCUMENTATION:

Non-U.S. citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed and are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently. Foreign nationals should contact their respective governments to obtain further details.

FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS:

Please do not make your flight arrangements until further instruction is provided.

HOTEL INFORMATION:

Information and room rates regarding the official pre and post-tour hotels will be forthcoming.

CHILD POLICY:

Parents are welcomed to register children 13 years of age and above by the start of the tour with at least one accompanying adult. Children under the age of 13 years of age cannot participate in the tour.

FINAL PAYMENT:

Final payment is due May 10, 2023.
